Woke up. Went straight to the espresso machine.

Hitler was being all isolated and looking out my window. Got some good shots of him.

Channeled my inner hipster. Love this song.

Days 16 and 17

God, I suck. I know.

10 Ways to win your heart.

I don't have a list of 10 things. Just be a nice person. Really lately, all I can hope for is kindness.

Your religious beliefs.

I'm Agnostic. I believe in the possibility of being wrong. There could be a god, and there could not be a good. I have no way of knowing, and I will have to wait to find out. I don't need a religious book to tell me to be a kind person, and what morals I should have. I can do that all on my own.

New Lens

My mom gifted me a new lens for a Valentine's/ early birthday day gift. It's a Nikkor prime lens, f/1.8, and I absolutely adore it. It's wonderful!

Day 15

Oh boy. I really dropped the ball on this 30 day blog  challenge. Majorly.
Things I want to say to 5 different people.

Mom- I love you so much. You are the most supportive and encouraging person in my life, and I am so grateful to have you. You are truly one of my best friends.

Marissa- I just wanted to thank you for being an amazing friend. I really appreciate that we can not hang out for months at a time, and still be really great friends. I also really appreciate how you accept me for who I am, because I'm really mean, and weird, socially awkward, and I don't think many of my friends get that.

Mathew Lewis- You are one sexy motherfucker. Ohmylord.

Andreea- I'm glad I have you in my life, I really am. And I am so excited that we're going to be roommates! I know that we're going to have a great year ahead of us, full of crafting parties and movies. :)

Myself- Remember to breath, and think. Everything will be okay. Have fun. Live life. You can do this.

Day 14

10 things people don't really expect about me.

1.) I am actually extremely organized. You'd call me a liar if you saw my bedroom, yes. But, when it comes to school, the pictures and documents on my computer, and my money, I am probably one of the most organized people out there.

2.) I'm allergic to cats, dogs, and most animals that shed. Yet, I absolutely love animals.

3.) I'm pretty sure I have seasonal depression.

4.) I constantly bite my nails, and pick at the skin surrounding them.

5.) I haven't shaved my legs in about a month. I hate shaving, so I don't do it much during the winter. I'm always wearing jeans anyway.

6.) I hate grocery shopping. I hate clothes shopping. I love craft shopping.

7.) I've had a very fucked up childhood, and suffered from a lot of verbal and emotion abuse. And because of that I've decided that I want to be a social worker, or some type of therapist.

8.) Someday, possibly when I'm ready to retire from my real job, I want to open up a little Cafe.

9.) I hate the town of Fremont. I really do. It's full of bad memories, and cruel people. There's nothing here.

10.) I very much dislike chicken. The only chicken I like, which happens to be one of my favorite foods, is chicken tenders. Crunchy chicken tenders, dipped in honey mustard.

Days 12 and 13

What's your favorite movie?

Kiki's Delivery Service is my all time favorite movie. I've loved it ever since I was a very small girl. It's funny, and magical, and overall just wonderful. :)

Something that never fails to make you feel better.

Naps. Every time I am upset, or feel overly anxious, I take a very long nap. And I feel so much better when I wake up, it's quite amazing actually.

Day 11

Things that make you scared.

1.) Spiders. I am absolutely terrified of spiders, not matter how tiny they are. Every time I see one, I have to fight the urge to cry.

2.) Strangers. Which sounds weird, but I don't like talking to people I don't know. I get really anxious, and I start to feel like I'm going to throw up. Part of my anxiety issue, I suppose. But, I can't just avoid people I don't know 24/7 because that would be insane.

I feel like I am a strange person. XP

Days 9 and 10

The best thing to happen to you this week.

The senior meeting at school on Thursday for sure. The meeting itself wasn't all that grand, but it was a huge reminder/ realization that I will be done with high school in May. It's such a huge relief, high school has been a tough fight for me. It's good to know that I've actually made it.

3 things you are proud of about your personality.

1.) I'm fairly open minded and accepting. I don't care if you're gay, or transsexual, or what your religion is. If you're kind to me, I will return it. I'm just an overall nice person.

2.) I'm a realist. I'm able to see things exactly how they are, and I like that. I feel that it keeps me sane, and that it's better than getting my hopes up, or being super depressed/ upset over something. It is what it is. And that's that.

3.) I'm very upfront with people. If I have a problem with you, you'll be the first to know. I'm not afraid to voice my opinion, or call people out on their bullshit. If I see something that I know is wrong happening, I'll step in and correct it. I like to nip things in the bud, before they get out of hand.

Day 8

A date you would love to go on.

You know, I'm not actually quite sure about this one. I don't particularly like going out, I'm an introvert. I think I would like to stay in, cook a really yummy meal, and have some sort of movie marathon. It's simple, but I'm kind of a simple person. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

Day 7

Your current relationship, if single, describe how single life is.

I am currently single, mostly because my ex-boyfriend is an ass, who made me feel very insecure sometimes.

Single life was difficult at the beginning. It's hard going from talking to someone every day, to not talking to them at all. But, you know what? I can deal. I don't need him to be happy. And I will probably find myself more happy without him, than I actually was with him.

So, single life is good.

Day 6

Something you're currently worrying about?

Oh dear, there is a pretty big list. I have nasty anxiety, so worrying about things is an every day occurrence. Actually, I think my biggest worry is my anxiety. Sometimes it just really, really gets out of hand.

There have been times where my anxiety has kicked up over just going out with friends, or going to school. It's rather obnoxious actually, and a lot of people think that I either fake it, or I'm just crazy. I think I make a lot of people mad, because I will cancel plans if I feel anxious. Most people don't understand, which I can understand, because these anxiety attacks are... irrational. Completely irrational.

I'm afraid that I will never be able to get past this. I really enjoy the thought of someday getting married, but then I imagine the anxiety attack that I'll probably have right there at the alter. I am being completely honest when I say that the thought of living with this for the rest of my life terrifies  me.

Days 4 and 5

What do you find irritating about the same sex and opposite sex?

1.) When girls do that playing "dumb" thing for attention, or because they think it's cute
2.) I also don't like when girls act like they're outrageously tough, and threaten to get into fights for dumb reasons.
3.) I don't like girls (this goes for guys too, I guess) who break up with their significant other and the get back together every other week.

1.) When they yell, or swear a lot while watching football/ any other sport. My brother does this a lot, and it makes me want to kill him.
2.) When guys act different around certain [groups of] people. (girls do this too, but I've seen more guys do it)
3.) Just like with girls, I don't like when guys act like they're super tough and try to pick fights.

These lists would probably be a lot longer on any other day, but I have been secluded to my room, and away from people all day.
The person you currently like, and why you like them.

This one is... difficult, awkward, ect. I just got out of a relationship that lasted nearly two years. I don't have any new love interests, and I'm quite certain I still have very strong feelings for my ex-boyfriend. And that is all I have to say on the subject for the moment being.

Saturday, January 21, 2012

Day 3

What kind of person attracts you?

Someone who is intelligent. I think that's the biggest, someone who practices correct grammar, some who knows what they're talking about. I also like people who are open minded, and mature. And someone who can fully accept all my flaws, insecurities, and my ridiculous interests.

I don't think I have a huge list of certain standards. Smart, kind, and funny is what attracts me, which sounds very cliche.

Day 2

How have you changed in the past two years?

Oh geez. Well, this is kind of a hard one. There has been a lot of ups and downs through the past two years. I met a boy. I lost my best friend, but made a new best friend in the process. My mom also ended up being unemployed for about a year...

1. I became a lot less selfish. I think a lot of that had to do with my mother being unemployed, and our lack of a secure financial income.

2. I think I also matured a lot. I started to care less about what people thought about me, and become more focused on myself, my family, and my true friends. I stopped making an effort to argue back with someone every time there was a conflict.

3. I became a lot more accepting of myself. From my awful anxiety, to the weird nerdy-ness, to my self image. I think a lot of that had to do with my mother, Andreea, and Jacob.

4. And finally, I learned how to be happy, even when everything in my life was not going as planned.

I think that just about sums it up.

Day 1

1. I am very much in love with body modifications, such as piercings and tattoos
2. I think I only have one real talent, which would be crocheting
3. I'm going to college to get an associates in photography, and a masters in psychology
4. Pokemon was my first video game series, and also is my favorite
5. I have an anxiety disorder. Sometimes it's very hard for me to go out in public, or even attend school

December and this month has been total crap. The end.
