Day 2

How have you changed in the past two years?

Oh geez. Well, this is kind of a hard one. There has been a lot of ups and downs through the past two years. I met a boy. I lost my best friend, but made a new best friend in the process. My mom also ended up being unemployed for about a year...

1. I became a lot less selfish. I think a lot of that had to do with my mother being unemployed, and our lack of a secure financial income.

2. I think I also matured a lot. I started to care less about what people thought about me, and become more focused on myself, my family, and my true friends. I stopped making an effort to argue back with someone every time there was a conflict. 

3. I became a lot more accepting of myself. From my awful anxiety, to the weird nerdy-ness, to my self image. I think a lot of that had to do with my mother, Andreea, and Jacob. 

4. And finally, I learned how to be happy, even when everything in my life was not going as planned. 

I think that just about sums it up.

RetroCam

My favorite app on my HTC Evo is called RetroCam. It's basically a camera app that has a lot of cool, vintage-y filters on it. It's what I normally use when taking pictures on my phone. 

Crap.

December and this month has been total crap. The end. 

Deer Day

Today is opening day for rifle season, and I stayed home from school. I don't hunt though. Basically, I didn't have a ride to and from school. So, I've been knitting, crocheting, and photographing things all day. 

I'm working on a new style of phone cozy. I'm probably going to make it look like a gameboy, or maybe an owl.

I've also been working on learning to knit. I think I pretty much know what I'm doing, I just need to practice a lot so it looks prettier. XP

This is Sora.

Sora decided it was cool to chew on my tiny crochet hook. So, now it's all bent up. THAT IS NOT COOL SORA. 

I also baked and made homemade McMuffins today, but of course I didn't think about getting my camera out until after I was done with all the baking and cooking. Poop.
